World Mental Health Day
This week, we took time to reflect on World Mental Health day.
It is a day that helps us remember to reflect on not only your own true mental health, but also that of your family, friends and work colleagues.
Even the simplest gesture can go a long way to making someone else’s day.
The world is full of strong individuals - you ARE one of them!
Remember, everyone falters sometimes, but it takes great strength to pick ourselves back up again in the face of adversity, and sometimes we just need to borrow someone else’s strength in order to begin that healing.
So never be afraid to speak out and reach out.
